Triple Glazing is a versatile method of achieving a High Unit Performance in all areas of Solar Control, U-Values and Acoustics.
Basically a Triple Glazed unit consists of three panes of glass separated by two cavities and many different combinations can be supplied to allow a multitude of unit applications.
Triple glazing can be manufactured using Annealed, Toughened and Laminated formats, which in turn can consist of Solar Control Glasses including High Performance, Low Emissivity, Acoustic Laminates and Ceramic Coated including Screen Printed, Archidea (see Decorative Glazing) and Spandrel Glazing (see Spandrel Glazing)
I.E.S. have our own range of very high performing of Triple Glazing including our well known SlimTech Elite range and has already have been used in numerous projects within Europe, ranging from Experimental Energy Efficient Housing to Large Commercial Applications.
Achieving High Light Transmissions, High Acoustic Properties and U-Values as low as 0.6W/m2K our range should be taken as a serious specification to any commercial requirements.
